Loch Ness

Loch Ness, it is a highland lake where located in Scotland,
its area is 56.4 kilometers and the water depth is up to 300 meters.
Due to the huge area and depth, the water looks dark,
not like blue or green in Taiwan.
I thought it is more like the sea between mountains.

The most famous attraction in Loch Ness is the legend about ‘Loch Ness Monster'.
It's called Nessie.
The historic description of the monsters are the same,
including the dark and huge body, a snake-like neck and
a head has been described as a sheep's head.
According to these descriptions, it is much like an ancient dinosaur─ Plesiosaur.

However, this dinosaur should die away 7000 million years ago.
How might it live now?

Scientists said that although the water storage is very big,
but there are only few aquatic animals and fish that are not enough
to become food for a such big monster.

Whether Nessie exist or not, it has become a kind of symbol of Scotland,
used to produce toys and T-shirts printed up.
The local tourism industry also provides a Lake trip looking for Nessie.
The sales with related merchandise are also very hot.
The biggest benefit is perhaps the United Kingdom Government and
the local residents of Scotland! Since 400 thousand visitors around the world
visit here each year and contribute tourism income up to 2,500 million pounds.

Our government said that "one feature of one township",
I thought it has been implemented completely in Noch Ness.

為了每周一次的英文課，寫了一篇有關尼斯湖的短介作為本週分享，
想到去年的遊記已經拖到幾乎無法完成，心想就乾脆把這個放上來當作遊記的一部分好了，
不過因為這是用來當作上課分享時的小抄，所以大家就別太介意文法跟字彙的正確性囉!

真的沒想到，一個傳說竟然可以吸引來這麼多的遊客，
雖然說我跟怡芳始終很後悔花了時間跟金錢特定繞來這裡，
但是不可否認當地"利用"這個傳說利用地非常徹底，也著實為他們賺進大把的觀光財。
我們推動一鄉一特色這麼久了，不曉得是否哪天也能做到像他們那樣成功。

後悔歸後悔，在這裡我還是見識到了白色馬格麗特像是野草一般地生長地那樣隨意，那麼有生命力。
